The following terms govern the use of the mobile application Core Cleaner: Mobile cleaning tool (the "Application"), a free service developed by Hangzhou Shuyin Technology Co., Ltd (the "Provider"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to abide by these terms. Carefully review this agreement before proceeding.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unauthorized duplication, alteration, or distribution of the Application, its components, or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Reverse engineering, decompiling, translating, or creating derivative works of the Application is expressly forbidden. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, remain exclusively with the Provider.
Service Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or introduce charges for the Application or its services at any time. Users will receive clear notification of any applicable fees prior to implementation.
Data Security
The Application processes personal data provided by users to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining device security and restricting unauthorized access. Tampering with device software (e.g., jailbreaking, rooting) may compromise security, expose devices to vulnerabilities, and impair Application functionality.

Connectivity & Usage
Full functionality requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). The Provider is not liable for service interruptions due to connectivity issues, data limits, or carrier restrictions. Users assume responsibility for data charges, including roaming fees incurred outside their home region. If using a device under another party’s billing plan, you confirm authorization to incur such charges.
Device & Service Reliability
Ensure your device remains sufficiently charged for uninterrupted service. The Provider disclaims liability for service unavailability due to power loss or device malfunction.
Accuracy & Liability
While the Provider endeavors to maintain accurate, up-to-date information, reliance on third-party data sources may occur. The Provider bears no responsibility for losses arising from dependence on Application functionality.
Updates & Termination
The Provider may release updates to ensure compatibility with evolving operating systems. Users must install updates to continue service access. The Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application without prior notice. Upon termination, all usage rights expire, and users must uninstall the Application.

These terms may be periodically revised. Regularly review this page for updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
