These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hangzhou Shuyin Technology Co., Ltd mobile application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Usage

Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
• Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Any free trial, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Refunds

All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software within the App are owned by Hangzhou Shuyin Technology Co., Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
